AI readiness assessment
Know how ready your organisation is for AI, and what to do first.
A two-week review with a Cari assessor: a map of how your organisation really works, a readiness score from 0 to 100, and a 90-day plan with named owners.
24-question intake · 4 interviews · 1 leadership session · report on day 10
How it works
The Essentials review, step by step
Two weeks from kickoff, all on video. Your team gives about 30 minutes to the intake, 40 minutes to each of four interviews and 90 minutes to one leadership session. We do the rest. Professional and Enterprise follow the same method across more teams.
01
Book and pay
Choose your start date and pay online, in full or as a 50% deposit. Public bodies can ask for an invoice. Your leadership session is booked now, for day 8 to 10.
02
Fill in the intake
24 short questions about your organisation, about 30 minutes, and the names of the four people to interview. The two weeks start when both are in.
03
Four interviews
Days 1 to 5. Forty minutes each: a leader, a manager, and two people who do the work.
04
Map and workshop
A one-page map of how decisions and reporting really move, then a 90-minute session with your leaders to set measurable, owned goals.
05
Score, plan, readout
By day 10: a readiness score from 0 to 100, ranked findings and a 90-day plan with named owners, then a 30-minute readout.

What every review promises
Three things we put in writing
No software recommended
The report does not tell you to buy anything. One section lists your options, including doing the work without us.
You own the output
Share it, publish it, or use it in a procurement. It is yours.
Conflicts disclosed first
If this work would bar us from a later bid under donor rules, we tell you in writing before we start.
Questions
What people ask first
Who runs the review?+
A Cari assessor. Cari builds government, finance, trade and health software; the review is advisory and does not require you to use any Cari product.
What do I need to prepare?+
Fill in the 24-question intake and nominate four people for 40-minute interviews: one leader, one manager and two who do the work. Your leadership team joins one 90-minute session, booked when you buy.
What happens to the information I share?+
It is used to prepare your report and score. We keep only the report and the scoring sheet, and delete any recording after 30 days unless you agree otherwise.
Will you tell me to buy something?+
No. The report does not recommend software. A short section sets out your options, including how to proceed without Cari.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
For Essentials, yes: up to 48 hours before the first interview for a full refund or a new start date. Professional and Enterprise terms are set out in your proposal.
Does a high score mean I should use AI everywhere?+
No. The score shows how ready you are. The plan shows where to start and what to avoid for now.
