AI Readiness Assessment: service terms
What is included, what we need from you, how payment works and how your information is handled.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Cari AI Readiness Assessment, in the Essentials and Professional sizes bought on cari.global. Enterprise is quoted on a call and confirmed in a signed order, which takes the place of anything here that it covers. Our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the rest of the site.
What you get
The scope of each size is the one on the assessment page when you buy: the number of interviews and sessions, what is reviewed, the deliverables and the elapsed time. Essentials is one team or directorate, four interviews and one leadership session, all remote, from the intake answers only. Professional is four department reviews, up to two systems reviewed from exports or screen-share, and a 30-day check-in. Anything outside that scope, such as a fifth interview, a second team, an on-site visit or a further system, is agreed as a change before it is done.
What we need from you
A completed intake, the names of the people to be interviewed, and their time. Kickoff is the day the intake is back and those people are named. Elapsed time counts from kickoff, and each day a client is late moves every date by a day. Our hours do not grow because dates moved.
For systems reviews we work from exports or a screen-share you control. We do not ask for live access to your systems.
Payment
You pay on Stripe, in full or as a 50% deposit. If you pay a deposit, the balance is invoiced when the report is delivered. Public bodies that can only pay by invoice can contact us first. Prices are those shown on the page when you buy.
Moving a start date or cancelling
Write to us before kickoff and we will agree a new start date, or how to cancel, in writing. Anything we agree is confirmed in writing before work starts.
Advice, not a guarantee
The report is advice. We do not promise results, and it is not legal, regulatory, financial or security certification advice. No software or vendor is recommended in the deliverable, and you are under no obligation to engage Cari further. If a conflict would bar Cari from a later procurement of yours, we disclose it in writing before starting.
Who owns the output
You own the report and the plan we deliver to you. The scoring method stays ours.
Your information
What you give us in the intake and the interviews is used to write your report and for nothing else. We keep it only as long as needed to deliver and support the report.
We record a session only with your written consent, and delete recordings after 30 days unless you agree otherwise. With your consent we keep an anonymised copy of the scores (sector, country and score by area) so Cari can publish benchmarks later; none is published before there are at least 20 assessments, and none identifies you. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for how the rest of your data is handled.
