Trade single window
One application. Every agency.
Apply once for your import or export permits in Antigua and Barbuda. Each agency decides in its own queue, and you get one signed credential and one payment trail. Cari provides the service. The government owns the window and the data.
How it works
1. Submit once
One application
The trader or broker applies once, with the consignment, the HS code and the port of entry.
2. Routed
To every agency that must decide
Plant protection, customs and the other agencies, each from the same submission.
3. Decided
In each agency's own queue
Every agency keeps its rules, its fees and its officers.
4. Issued
One credential, one payment trail
Signed and QR-verifiable, and the regional single window is notified.

Trade permits you can apply for online today. More agencies are connected one at a time, and they appear here as they go live.
Exports
Export Permit
Required for the exportation of controlled or regulated goods.
Imports
Import Permit
Required for the importation of goods into the country.
Imports
Live Animals Import Permit
Required for the importation of live animals, including pets, livestock, and wildlife.
Imports
Pesticide Import Permit
Required for the importation of pesticides and agrochemicals.
Standards from the first click
Harmonised System codes and UN/LOCODE ports of entry, the references a customs declaration is built from, so nothing is re-keyed downstream.
Credentials anyone can check
Every permit is a signed credential. A border officer or trading partner verifies it by scanning the QR code, without calling the issuing office.
Connected to the region
Issued and revoked permits are queued for CaribSYS, the CARICOM single-window trade data system, with a retry queue so none are lost.
